All purchases are insured by our independent insurance company whilst in transit.
We ship all in stock orders within 3 working days. For out of stock items, a customer service representative will be in contact via email with details regarding its expected shipping date. 

Domestic shipping

We ship FREE Australia-wide for orders $1000 and over!

Australian orders under $1,000 incur a $25.00 shipping fee. We use Australia Post's Express Post system with Signature On Delivery, and Email Track Advice.

If your purchase is above AUD$60,000 we will be in contact with you to arrange a tailored shipping and insurance method.

Signature required

The Express Post system is door to door and the item must be signed for upon delivery.

You’ll need to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to do this. If no one is available to sign for the delivery of your item, a notification card will be left in your letter box, letting you know from which outlet you can collect your item, and the time it will be available for collection.

Track your shipment

We like to keep you informed about the delivery of your jewellery so we’ll contact you the day your purchase is sent. For extra peace of mind, we’ll give you the tracking number for the parcel enabling you to track it online here.

International shipping

We ship world wide - so no one misses out!

International shipping is AUD$110.00 for orders under AUD$5,000. Shipping is complimentary on orders exceeding this value.  We ship internationally using Australia Post. Any taxes and duties to be charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If your purchase is above AUD$60,000 we will be in contact with you to arrange a tailored shipping and insurance method.

USA orders

All orders shipping to the USA incur an additional 10% tariff charge, as per USA Government policy. We are unable to ship to this location without this additional charge being paid, and will assist you with making this payment.

Confirmation

It’s very important that you notify us upon receipt of your purchase.

Upon delivery we urge you to inspect the package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Confirm the receipt and condition of your jewellery by replying to the shipping notification email we sent you. Failure to notify us of delivery and condition of shipment could void the warranty. 

Damaged on arrival

We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

If an item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or, once discovered, call us immediately on +61 8 9759 1366. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Nina’s. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Contact Nina’s in the event of lost or damaged returned shipments.

Nina's Jewellery will offer a replacement, repair or refund if a major problem is found with a product.

The definition of a major problem is when:

  • it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they'd known about it
  • it is unsafe
  • it is significantly different from the sample or description
  • it doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't easily be fixed.

Nina's will work with you to provide a satisfactory solution in line with the issue.

A replacement product will be as close to the product originally supplied as possible.

Refunds will be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.

Nina's has the discretion to take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product.

Nina's reserves the right to repair the original item in the event that evaluation by their Master Jeweller deems the fault to be superficial.

Nina's is not responsible for damage or issues resulting from wear and tear.

If you suspect your piece is faulty, please contact customer service or call-in to store.

Nina's pieces are made to be worn, but with love, comes inevitable wear and tear!

It is normal for gold and silver to wear over time, and occasionally, your piece may need a little help to keep it looking its best.

If you notice your piece in need of a little rejuvenation, please do not hesitate to contact us for a review, and an obligation free quote.

We want you to love your new piece as much as we do!

Full-price jewellery pieces and some loose stones are accepted for credit or exchange if returned to Nina's in their “Original Purchase Condition” (this is subject to jeweller assessment). The item must be accompanied by all original documentation and packaging (including sales receipt) within 30 days of the purchase date, or within 30 days of shipping.

If you are unsure if your piece qualifies for a credit or exchange, please enquire at time of purchase to confirm.

To make a return or exchange, please contact customer service via phone, email or chat, or call-in to our Dunsborough store.

Once the item has been received by Nina's, the Quality Assurance department will examine it within 5 to 10 working days to determine its approval for credit or exchange.

Upon approval, you'll be notified, and your store credit or exchange will be processed.

  • All items sold as "SALE" are not eligible for return.
  • Nina's does not offer an exchange on pieces already exchanged.
  • Some exclusions may apply.

Please do not return anything to Nina's Jewellery without first speaking to one of our representatives.

If you are unable to return or exchange your item in-store, you can return applicable items via post.

To arrange a postal return or exchange, please contact customer service.

Upon confirmation from one of our operatives;

  1. Photograph the condition of the item and attach it to the form (images can be provided digitally).
  2. Then wrap your item securely (our team can advise you on this)
  3. Along with all original packaging and your receipt, send it via an insured method (this can be arranged in-person at your local Australia Post Office) directly to:

Postal returns for change of mind are at the cost of the customer. Nina's will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.
