Please note that, under “Nina’s Happiness Guarantee”, only items in “Original Purchase Condition” will be accepted for store credit or exchange.
An item cannot be considered to be in Original Purchase Condition if:

  • it shows signs of having been worn
  • it has been altered
  • it has been resized or repaired by another jeweller
  • a gem is set in a semi-mounting by anyone other than Nina’s jewellers
  • it is damaged in any way

Nina’s takes privacy very seriously.

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.

We respect your privacy and will not share your information with anyone. We will only share details of a purchase with the person whose name is on the account. The only exception to this is if it is required by law.

The prices of Nina's Jewellery products are subject to change without notice as they are impacted by market fluctuations, availability, and other factors. Please expect to be charged the price listed on the day of purchase.

Products which show their availability as “Request latest price" are subject to change, dependent on diamond size and availability, among other factors. Check with sales staff to confirm price before ordering.

Taxes, if applicable, are included in your order. Nina’s collects GST for all states and territories of Australia. Customers outside Australia are responsible for all duties and taxes that apply in the country of the recipient.

We may use your email address or phone number to update you about Nina’s products and services that may be of interest to you.

You may opt-out of receiving such promotional messages from us at any time. If you’d like to opt-out of receiving promotional messages now click here.

Unless stated otherwise, the following rules, terms and conditions apply to Nina's promotions and promo codes:
  • Only one offer or promotion is valid on a single product at a time.
  • $50 promo codes are only valid on full-price transactions of $500AUD or more.
  • $100 promo codes are only available on full-price transactions of $1,000AUD or more.
  • Promo codes can only be used once per customer and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • Vault diamonds, diamonds over $15,000, and Crescendo jewellery are excluded from all promotional and promo code offers.
  • In the event of “buy one, get one” style offers, the discount will always apply to the cheaper item and the offer can be applied to full-price items only.
  • Signing up to receive a free $100 or $50 voucher will auto-sign the customer up to the Nina's Newsletter. The customer may unsubscribe from this marketing service at any time.
  • The "free resize on full-price rings" offer may not apply alongside other promotional activities.
  • Promo codes can be used on applicable lay-by and special orders once only, when the order is placed. The codes cannot be applied on individual payments.
  • Promo codes do not apply on custom makes or Special Orders.
  • All offers are subject to change at the discretion of Nina’s Jewellery.

All Nina's floor stock rings are ordered in a size O, with complimentary resizing offered on all eligible full-price rings within 30 days of purchase..

It's not possible for all rings to be resized to all sizes due to particular settings, design features and other factors. Please speak to our friendly diamond specialists about your needs.

Sale items may be resized at an additional charge. Please ask for a quote prior to purchasing.

Nina's Jewellery is happy to assist you with confirming the required size for your ring, however, once the size is confirmed and the ring adjusted, Nina's Jewellery is not responsible for any customer error or change of mind. Any additional resizes as a result of either of these situations will be at the customer's expense.

Return shipping to Nina’s is customer-paid; return shipping is complimentary.

If the product must be returned via post to Nina's Jewellery for adjustment, the customer is responsible for shipping costs one way, and Nina's Jewellery will provide complimentary shipping to return the item. When correctly packaged and addressed, rings shipped back to Nina's Jewellery for complimentary resizing will be fully-insured by Nina's insurance.

When we make an existing design to an individual customer's specifications (for example: change of gold or diamond colour, addition of screw-backs to earrings, etc) it is referred to as a "Special Order".

  1. The customer must provide approval to proceed with a Special Order by signing the “Nina’s Special Order Agreement” and paying the non-refundable deposit; 50% of the quoted order price.

    Nina’s receipt of the signed agreement and deposit indicates the customer’s acceptance of both the description of the Special Order and its quoted price.

  2. A “Special Order Code” will then be emailed to the customer. This code will need to be quoted during the checkout process when completing the final purchase.
  3. Once the final payment for the Special Order has been received by Nina’s, delivery will be arranged.

Please note:

  • The Nina’s Happiness Guarantee does not apply to custom-made Special Orders or to the purchase of loose diamonds.
  • All Nina’s regular "Returns” and “Refunds" policies apply to Special Orders.

Every piece of Nina's Jewellery is crafted to pass our strict quality assessment measures, and is unique – just like their wearers!

As such, each piece is subject to unique conditions based on its composition and its wearer. Nina's jewellery is made to be worn, but we understand that this comes with inevitable wear and tear.

Work done by other jewellers voids this Promise.

Warranty

Nina's does not offer a warranty on our products, rather, we treat each product on a case-by-case basis due to the one-of-a-kind creation that it is. We instead offer a Promise of Service.

Our Promise of Service

This promise means that at any time, if you experience a problem with your Nina's piece, whether from wear and tear, insurance, damage or a manufacturing fault, our team of GIA-certified Diamond and Design specialists and Master Jewellers are committed to assessing the item, and assisting to the best of our ability.

Please note that pieces that have been worked on by other jewellers void the Promise of Service, as we cannot account for work that does not take place in our own workshop.
