This gives you peace of mind when selecting jewellery, especially as a gift! Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with documentation. Exclusions apply to custom, engraved, on sale and lay-by purchases. Once returned, items are assessed before approval. In-stock items are dispatched within three working days, with tracking details provided upon shipment. We offer free Express Post shipping within Australia on orders over $1,000, with signature required on delivery. International shipping is available worldwide, with complimentary delivery on orders above AUD $5,000. For high-value purchases, tailored shipping and insurance arrangements are provided.
